บริษัท ไทยเซ็นทรัลเคมี จำกัด (มหาชน) (TCCC) ผู้ผลิตและจำหน่ายปุ๋ยเคมีรายใหญ่ในประเทศไทย ภายใต้ตราสินค้าหัววัว-คันไถ ตราสิงห์ ตราเด็กน้อย และตราทีซีซีซี ได้จัดการประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นประจำปี 2565 ครั้งที่ 50 โดยมีนายทาคาฮิโระ ยามาชิตะ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารและกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ (คนกลาง) เป็นประธานในที่ประชุม พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการ ผู้บริหาร และผู้ถือหุ้นเข้าร่วมประชุมโดยพร้อมเพรียงกัน ณ ห้อง Banyan Ballroom ชั้น 10 โรงแรมบันยันทรี กรุงเทพฯ ภายใต้มาตรการเรื่องความปลอดภัยและการป้องกันการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด 19 อย่างเคร่งครัด
ซึ่งผลการดำเนินงานในรอบปีบัญชีสิ้นสุด ณ วันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2564 บริษัทฯมีกำไรสุทธิตามงบการเงินเฉพาะกิจการจำนวน 1,451.4 ล้านบาท โดยที่ประชุมพิจารณาอนุมัติจ่ายเงินปันผลแก่ผู้ถือหุ้นของบริษัทฯ ในอัตราหุ้นละ 1.70 บาท รวมเป็นจำนวนเงินปันผลทั้งสิ้น 994 ล้านบาท บริษัทฯยังมีความมุ่งมั่นในการพัฒนาสินค้าและการบริการ พร้อมสนับสนุนการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนของเกษตรกรในฐานะพันธมิตร เพื่อมุ่งสู่วิสัยทัศน์การเป็นที่หนึ่งในใจเกษตรกรได้ในอนาคต

Thai Central Chemical Public Company Limited held the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholder (AGM)

Thai Central Chemical Public Company Limited (TCCC), leading high quality NPK compound fertilizer producer and distributor in Thailand under OX-Brand, Baby, Singha and TCCC Brand, held the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholder (AGM) No.50 by Mr.Takahiro Yamashita – President & CEO (Middle) as a Chairman of this meeting, together with Directors, Executives and shareholders at Banyan Ballroom, 10th Floor, Banyan Tree Bangkok Hotel under the strict preventive measures of COVID-19.
For the financial year ending 31 December 2021, the company’s net profit for the year in the separate financial statement showed 1,451.4 million baht. The Board recommended the shareholders’ meeting to approve the appropriation of profit as payment of dividend at 1.70 baht per share, totaling 994 million baht. TCCC aims to continuously develop the excellent products and services, including supports farmers’ sustainable growth as a partner toward TCCC’s vision “The First Choice of Growers” in the future.
