• ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม : ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน LEED แสดงถึงความมีมาตรฐานในการอนุรักษ์พลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยตั้งเป้าเป็นองค์กร Carbon Neutrality ภายในปี 2030 ด้วยการผสานเทคโนโลยีอัจฉริยะ AI Technology เพื่อติดตามข้อมูลภายในอาคารแบบ Real-time ทำให้สามารถบริหารจัดการอาคารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการติดตั้ง โซลาร์เซลล์และเซ็นเซอร์ตรวจจับแสงธรรมชาติเพื่อประหยัดพลังงานและควบคุมแสงสว่างอย่างเหมาะสม, มีการจัดการน้ำในโครงการช่วยลดการใช้น้ำลงถึง 50% ผ่านการบำบัดและหมุนเวียนน้ำ พร้อมทั้งใช้สุขภัณฑ์ประหยัดน้ำที่ลดการใช้น้ำลง 20% นอกจากนี้ ยังมีระบบเก็บน้ำฝนและเครื่อง RVM สำหรับรีไซเคิลขวดพลาสติก PET รวมถึงยังเป็นอาคารสำนักงานที่มีการติดตั้ง EV-Charger รองรับผู้มาใช้อาคารมากที่สุดบนถนนวิภาวดีรังสิต
• การควบคุมคุณภาพอากาศภายในอาคาร : S-OASIS ใช้เทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยในการติดตั้งเครื่อง UVC ในระบบ Chiller เพื่อฆ่าเชื้อโรคในอากาศก่อนปล่อยเข้าสู่ระบบปรับอากาศ รวมทั้งติดตั้งเครื่อง AIRSteril UVGI Upper Room ในพื้นที่ส่วนกลางของอาคาร เพื่อช่วยควบคุมและดูแลอากาศภายในอาคารให้สะอาดและปลอดภัย ช่วยลดสารก่อมลพิษทางอากาศ โดยสามารถลดปริมาณสารก่อมลพิษทางอากาศได้ทั้งสารอินทรีย์ระเหย, ก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์, ก๊าซคาร์บอนมอนอกไซด์ และฟอร์มัลดีไฮด์ มีการเติมและหมุนเวียนอากาศจากภายนอกเข้ามาภายในอาคารด้วยระบบความดันบวก (Positive Pressure) พร้อมด้วยระบบ Outdoor Air Unit (OAU) เพื่อประสิทธิภาพการกรองอากาศให้สะอาดยิ่งขึ้น 2 ชั้น นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการติดตั้งแผ่นกรองละเอียดมาตรฐานสูง Medium Filter MERV 8 + HEPA Filter MERV 14 สามารถดักจับฝุ่นที่มีอนุภาคเล็กถึง 0.3 ไมครอน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นฝุ่น PM 2.5 ละอองเกสร หรือแม้แต่สปอร์เชื้อราก็ไม่อาจหลุดรอดเข้าไปภายในอาคารได้ อีกทั้งยังมีการติดตั้งหลอด UVC ภายในเครื่อง AHU เพื่อช่วยฆ่าเชื้อแบคทีเรียและเชื้อราได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อากาศภายในอาคารจึงสะอาดและปลอดภัยจากเชื้อโรค
• การออกแบบอาคารเชิงสร้างสรรค์ (Innovative Design) : โดดเด่นด้วยสถาปัตยกรรมที่ทันสมัย โปร่งโล่งสบายตา ด้วยกระจกสูงเต็มความสูงอาคาร (Full Height Window) ที่เปิดรับแสงธรรมชาติเต็มที่ ช่วยประหยัดพลังงานและสร้างบรรยากาศการทำงานที่ดี นอกจากนี้ ยังใช้วัสดุรีไซเคิลและผลิตภัณฑ์เคลือบพื้นผิวที่มีค่า Low VOCs เพื่อช่วยลดมลพิษและดูแลสุขภาพของผู้ใช้อาคาร ยิ่งไปกว่านั้นยังมีพื้นที่สีเขียวทั้งภายในและภายนอกกว่า 2,200 ตารางเมตร เพื่อเป็นพื้นที่พักผ่อน พร้อมระบบ S-Hygiene ช่วยกรองอากาศ 2 ชั้น พร้อมเซ็นเซอร์ตรวจวัดระดับคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ นอกจากจะเป็นสถานที่ทำงานแล้ว อาคารนี้ยังเติมเต็มไลฟ์สไตล์ด้วยสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน เช่น S-OASIS Retail, SUN Plaza, foodPLACE และพื้นที่ Chill & Dine สำหรับพักผ่อนหลังเลิกงาน อีกทั้งยังให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาชุมชนโดยรอบให้มีคุณภาพที่ดียิ่งขึ้น ด้วยการปรับภูมิทัศน์พื้นที่สาธารณประโยชน์เพื่อสร้างพื้นที่สีเขียวสำหรับการพักผ่อนให้กับชุมชนรอบข้าง และปรับปรุงลำคลองรอบอาคารให้ใสสะอาดขึ้นด้วย
